Flat Iron Steak
Ingredients:
2 (1 lb) Flat Iron Steaks
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves, mashed or pressed
1 ½ Tablespoons Italian Parsley, chopped
1 Teaspoon Rosemary, chopped
¼ cup Cabernet Sauvignon wine
1 Tablespoon fresh ground pepper
½ Teaspoon dry mustard
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate steak for 1-3 hours. Grill over medium- high heat, 4-7 minutes per side. Best if cooked medium rare.
