- Delmonico Steaks - 4-6
- onion, chopped - 1/2
- olive oil - 1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 cup
- salt - 1T
- pepper - 1T
- rosemary - 1T
- steak seasoning - 3T
- steak sauce - 3T
- garlic cloves, peeled - 6
Combine all marinade ingredients into blender or food processor.
Process until well blended.
Prick steaks with fork on both sides.
Place steaks in container with a lid or in Ziploc bag.
Pour marinade over steaks, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade.
Lightly oil grill rack and place steaks on preheated grill.
Sear on high 2 minutes each side.
Then, reduce heat, and cover to finish cooking 5-7 additional minutes.
Be careful not to overcook.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving or slicing.
